Approx seeds per order 40

Place 1-2 tablespoons of sprouting seeds in a wide-mouth glass jar. Add several inches of fresh, cool water to cover them. Let it sit 8-12 hours. Drain and rinse the seeds.

Repeat these steps, changing the water every 8-12 hours, for 3-5 days until sprouts are ready to eat.

Once the sprouts are grown enough, they need to be dehulled. This is an easy process. Submerge them in cool water, and push them down with your hands. The hulls will rise to the top and then are able to be poured off.

Give the sprouts a final rinse and drain them really well. Store them in the refrigerator in jar lined with paper towels, with a lid on top. Sprouts last up to a week.

Rainbow Bean Mix Sprouting Seeds (Adzuki, Garbanzo, Green Pea, & Lentil) grow well in USDA Zones 3–10, thriving indoors year-round for fresh, nutritious sprouts.
